Power Testing

Remote power testing is a practical and accessible way to assess your current fitness in your own training environment.

Using a structured protocol, we evaluate your performance data to determine your personalized training zones and provide general guidance on how to move forward.

All you need is a watch, a heart rate band, and — for cycling — a calibrated home trainer.

You’ll receive a structured testing protocol, clear execution instructions, and afterwards:
– Your personalized training zones
– A breakdown of your strengths and limiters
– General guidance on how to train based on your results

Lactate Test – in person


If you want precision, lactate testing is the gold standard.

This in-person test measures your blood lactate response at increasing intensities, allowing us to identify your exact aerobic and anaerobic thresholds — not estimates, but real physiological markers.

With lactate testing, you gain:
