Pregnancy and postpartum aren’t a detour from sport — they’re a season of adaptation. Hormones shift. Recovery changes. Energy fluctuates. Training doesn’t have to stop, but it does need to evolve. We adapt to how you feel, that day, that week, that trimester.

This is for women who want to continue swim, bike or run (or the three)— or begin again — despite everything changing.

No “bounce back” culture. No pressure. We listen to your body!

As a coach, I completed a UESCA specialization in Pregnancy & Postpartum Endurance Training. We focus on protecting the pelvic floor, building strength progressively, and adjusting load intelligently whether you’re maintaining consistency or finding your way back.


How Do We Start?

First, a quick 15-minute intro call.

We talk goals, background, schedule — and see if we’re a good fit.

If we move forward, we test your current level and start training the right way from day one.
